Olivia Lamendola

Born and raised in Belews Creek, I feel so lucky to have been able to call this beautiful place home for so long! After graduating from UNC Greensboro, where I played club softball and earned a degree in Business Management, I soon realized my passion revolved around making a difference in other people’s lives. Now taking this leap into real estate, I am so excited to help others achieve their dreams of homeownership in a place they can be proud to call home! In my free time, you can find me at Belews Lake, finding new hiking spots, reading a good book, or spending time with family. I have traveled to many different states in the US and enjoy exploring new places, but understand the importance of having that “happy place” at home to return to. Please don’t hesitate to reach out!
